I remember when my kids were little and they’d open up their Christmas gifts. I’d be so excited to see how they liked it as they held it up for inspection only to have them discard it a moment later in lieu of the box it came in. I’m sure any parent can relate.
Well, I’ve been at this parenting thing for well over a decade now and things haven’t changed much.
