I mentioned a few weeks ago that I’ve been trying my hand at street photography as of late. I can say with sincere honesty that street photography is fascinating to me and by far, my favorite genre of photography. It’s too bad I’m not very good at it.
The only photographers whose work I follow are street photographers. There is something so authentic and yet mysterious about walking along down the sidewalk and photographing whatever interests you, be it people or places or everything in between. (@seantuck, @lin.taro, @philpenman, @ralphjeong are some of my favorites).
I recently met up with another local photographer and we explored downtown Fayetteville, cameras in hand. She brought along some prisms and we were able to get some cool effects. I loved the various colors and textures. (*All shot jpeg and shared sooc).
