You may have noticed that this blog gets a little less active in the summer months. There are a few reasons for this. Firstly, all my kids are out of school and I try to work less when they’re home. Secondly, I live in the hot and humid south and I guess I’m not dedicated enough to spend much time outdoors melting in the sweltering heat. I swear my shirt gets damp from just walking to my mailbox.
I will be out and about taking more pictures when the weather cools off. In the meantime, I’m actually not photographing much outside of quick snapshots of my family life.
Frankly, sometimes a slower pace is needed.
